Any materials, finishes, or production timing are subject to confirmation of stock, supplier availability, file suitability, and studio capacity. We may update a production status notice during the process, but any stated timing is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

Our file-preflight review is limited to the agreed scope and does not confirm spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless we expressly agree to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Oasis is not liable for differences between screens and printed output, variations between materials or batches, or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or unauthorized customer content. We do not make unsupported claims about archival life, exact color matching, or environmental certification.
